Products may be returned if they are in new condition, unused, and include all original tags and packaging. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items, however, cannot be returned. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To ensure quick processing, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service before shipping your item back. Unauthorized returns may be declined. After inspection, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping, restocking fees, and other related costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. For discounted purchases, refunds will be issued based on the price you paid. Exchanges are also available, but they are subject to stock availability and possible price adjustments.
